Day 4 and Day 5

Well, the weather cleared and a lot has happened.

Federer aka god lost the first set today, but he won in 4 against Spaniard Albert Montanes.

Princess Sharapova double-faulted 17 times against the #103 lady in the world.  Evgeniya Rodina finally succumbed, though she did hit 28 errors against Sharapova's 68.

In other news, french 18-year old Alize aka angel of salvation Cornet won her second match.  Argentinian Gisela Dulko fought hard to make it a match, especially because she got ham and cheese bageled in the first set.  This was a match that had been suspended @ 3-3 in the third set on Wednesday.

Other news:

The King of Clay did what he always does - win @ Roland Garros.

Nalbandian was taking shrapnel.

The chairpeople were climbing down and checking the fresh ball marks quite regularly.

The clay was sticky and messy and Tres chic compared to concrete.

Either way the tennis is brilliant and there are 11 days remaining.

Party on.
